Harpers restaurant is on this floor, where you can get breakfast and lunch( I think they close at 2:00). Also, there is an aquarium with seating around it. There are shops and a bar, with a nearby outside fire pit courtyard. Walking in from the parking garage, you first see a gallery wall of many old pictures of ATLANTIC City Boardwalk from late 1800-1900’s.
I can go on and on, but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The bottom has sand and debris, and there is mold in the grout all over the pool. Full sized sheets on a queen bed leaving the bottom of the mattress exposed - A hair dryer in the room that was sticky, cracked end to end with clumps of hair The hotel pool has a nice location overlooking the Ocean, but is not maintained. Milk inside the in room coffee maker rendering it useless - Non-functioning phone in the room - Blood stains and holes on the sheets. I have to give them credit because in all my years of travel, I have not encountered as many issues as I had with just these two nights.
But the biggest concern I have is this property is upkeep and cleanliness. If you are entitled to any benefits you will need to ask as the front desk staff has not been trained. If you are a Hyatt guest don't expect to be recognized as such. The service is poor, just apathetic at times. I have stayed at this property twice int the past two months and after the second trip I will not be returning.
